Oregon and Washington landlord law attorney Jeffrey S. Bennett Jeffrey S. Bennett is a partner in the Portland law firm of Warren Allen LLP. A member of the Oregon, Washington and Idaho state bars, Mr. Bennett is the head of his firm's landlord law department, a municipal judge for Maywood Park, and a Hearings Examiner for the Clackamas County Housing Authority. He has specialized in both residential and commercial landlord/tenant law for the past two decades. His articles have appeared in The Business Journal, Apartments Northwest, and in other media, and Mr. Bennett is a frequent lecturer at regional landlord/tenant seminars. Mr. Bennett represents many of the largest regional and national property management companies doing business in Oregon and Washington all the way down to owners of single family residential homes and small office complexes. The remainder of Mr. Bennett's practice emphasizes business law, real estate, commercial litigation, and a variety of general civil matters. Anna S. McCormack Oregon landlord law lawyer. Anna S. McCormack is a powerful member of Warren Allen's landlord law department. Ms. McCormack attained her bachelor of arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati, and her juris doctorate, cum laude, from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. Her litigation practice emphasizes landlord/tenant matters, real property and business disputes, bankruptcy, consumer law, employment law, and family law. She has made countless appearances in state, tribal, and municipal courts, as well as in administrative and appellate proceedings. Ms. McCormack is a frequent lecturer, and is committed to making the legal process understandable to her clients. Outside of her office and courtrooms, Ms. McCormack is active in the East Portland Community. She is an avid reader and movie buff, and enjoys hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Oregon landlord law attorney Charles A. KovasCharles A. Kovas received his bachelor of science degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, and his juris doctorate degree from Willamette University College of Law. Admitted to practice in Oregon's state and federal courts, Mr. Kovas regularly represents landlords in regional litigation matters. Mr. Kovas' legal career began while he was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Circuit Court Judges Robert R. Selander and Katherine E. Weber. Looking further back into Mr. Kovas' professional career, Mr. Kovas previously enjoyed a life within the Washington D.C. beltway. There, he worked for the United States Committee on Government Affairs - Special Investigation, raising money for numerous political campaigns, and working under retired Congressman Lee H. Hamilton at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Development. During law school Mr. Kovas worked for Multnomah Defenders, Inc, in Portland. Mr. Kovas currently lives in Southwest Portland with his wife and two children. He is an avid skier and organic gardener. Nicholas M. Drum Oregon landlord law attorney counsel to a number of local small businesses.Nicholas M. Drum graduated magna cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Drum completed his undergraduate studies at The Colorado College, where he focused on politics and music. He also spent a year studying political theory and international relations at Oxford University. Prior to joining Warren Allen, Nicholas served as an extern to the Honorable Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as a project attorney for Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, and as counsel to a number of local small businesses. His practice utilizes this diverse background to address a variety of the clients' needs as they pertain to litigation. An Oregon native, Mr. Drum enjoys the outdoors, music, writing, and golf.
